Join us for a Festive Cake Decorating & Floristry Class! Get into the Christmas spirit with a fun and creative class where you’ll learn to craft stunning, festive designs on delicious cakes!
🎂 Baker Evie will guide you through creating aesthetic, vintage-style designs while sharing her signature vanilla cake recipe—perfect for the holiday season.
🌸 Florist Audrey will teach you the art of working with flowers, including how to safely prepare them for decorating cakes, adding a magical touch to your creations.
The class will run for approximately 2 hours, filled with creativity, holiday cheer, and plenty of tips to make your desserts stand out this Christmas.
Our Cake and Floral Decorating Masterclass Includes
~ Pre-baked 5 inch vanilla cake freshly baked by Cakes By Evie.
~ Your choice of a buttercream filling: Strawberry or Salted Caramel.
~ Your choice of cake design: Christmas Wreath or Red Vintage Cake
~ Your choice of floral colours: Snow White with a touch of gold or Vivid Reds with a touch of green
~ Learn how to fill your cake, colour & mask your cake with our freshly prepared Swiss meringue white buttercream.
~ Learn how to correctly prepare and fill your piping bags and you’ll be shown a range of vintage piping techniques.
~ Learn more about flowers and how to safely place and prepare florals for your cake by Madam Fleurs.
At the end of the class, you will get a display box to take home your delicious, eye catching treat for your friends and family! As well as PDF copies sent to your email of our signature vanilla sponge cake and buttercream recipes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that tickets are non-refundable; however, they are transferable to a later event if you are no longer able to attend your chosen date. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
