Join us on this fun beginner cake and floral decorating masterclass in Adelaide City and learn how to create stunning designs on delicious cakes! In this class, Baker Evie will show you how to create aesthetic, creative & vintage style designs along with sharing her signature vanilla sponge cake recipe and Florist Audrey will teach you the importance of flowers and how to prepare florals to be safely on cakes.
The class will last approximately 2 hours and 14 slots maximum per in a class to ensure personalised attention for everyone.
Our Cake and Floral Decorating Masterclass Includes
- Pre-baked 8 inch vanilla cake freshly baked by Cakes By Evie.
- Your choice of a buttercream fillings: Strawberry, Salted Caramel and Honey.
- Your choice of 3 buttercream colours and fresh florals to match your cake – minty green, hot pink and soft yellow.
- Learn how to fill your cake, colour & mask your cake with our freshly prepared Swiss meringue white buttercream.
- Learn how to correctly prepare and fill your piping bags and you’ll be shown a range of vintage piping techniques.
- An array of beautiful cake toppings (pearls, cherries, sprinkles & ribbons).
- Learn more about flowers and how to safely place and prepare florals for your cake by Madam Fleurs.
At the end of the class, you will get a display box to take home your delicious, eye catching treat for your friends and family! As well as PDF copies sent to your email of our signature vanilla sponge cake and buttercream recipes.
